Healthy Life

I wake up at 5:00 every morning and take a walk with my mom. 

We spend about 40 minutes exercising, and I like the fresh air, the green field and the breeze.
In short, I enjoy walking.

Actually, I feel amazed that I can get up so early, and it even lasts one week more.  In the beginning, I guess that I would give up the schedule very soon.

I hope I can keep the good habit every day before the new semester starts.

After walking, we have to do some work for my father, for example, sticking the cartons to put in pinepapples, something like that. 
It is a tough work because the weather is so hot even though the time is just 6:00am, and my sweat is just like broken faucet.  Besides, I have to mantain the same posture, so when I finish working, my waist is stiff and it hardly moves.
Therfore, I think I sweat so much in the summer vacation, regardless of exercise or work.
Sweating in proper way makes people healthy.  ^^

And you may think I would be thinner than before. Haha!
In fact, my weight is the same because after working, I always drink water and some drinkings to quench thirst!! 


Then, I would take a cool shower and turn on the computer and study.  

In the afternoon, I still have to help my father to do  the same work  in the morning.

So, I must be a "black" girl now, actually, more "darker" than before.  haha!
But I prefer "chocolate girl" because it sounds more yummy at least.  ^^

Sometimes, I would go to school to have the part time job.  
I want to save some money so that I can have the computer tests and buy a camera(Canon G12) XD

Ok!
I do not like to say that my summer vacation is boring, actually, I prefer to say it is healthy and regular.
So far, I like this kind of life which I live now.  yeah!


Now,  keep going!!!
